Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will provide HR Support to all parts of the Motive Offshore Group. As a key member of the HR team the HR Coordinator will take ownership of required tasks as well as be proactive and an excellent communicator, able to build strong trusting relationships quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Managing (along with other team members) all HR email inboxes and escalating to the HR Manager, where required

Due to Company growth, we have a requirement for a HSEQ Administrator to support our HSEQ Department in providing Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management administrative support to the Motive FZE & APAC operations whilst ensuring compliance with the Motive Offshore Group HSEQ Management System.
The HSEQ Administrator FZE & APAC will work closely with the Group’s HSEQ Department to ensure Company targets, plans and requirements are implemented.

Due to an increase in workload and unprecedented growth, our Rentals division is looking to recruit an additional Rentals Project Coordinator to support our operations.

Reporting to the Rentals Project Engineer, the Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for organising parts lists and materials. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organising, and controlling project activities.

Potential candidates will be invited onsite to perform a weld test and should be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret an engineering drawing at the interview stage.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, layout, and tack up of various weldments within tolerances stated in production drawings

- Seafastening work, onboard vessels

Responsibilities:
- Where qualified, carry out spooling activities such as wire rope and cable removal, change out, and installation
- Where qualified, carry out various rope access works such as inspection, NDT, structural installations and removals, shotblasting, and painting in a safe and efficient manner
- Where qualified rig up and inspect rope access equipment prior to and during use
- Where qualified, carry out visual and NDT examination of all types and construction of high performance wire rope
- Where qualified, carry out routine surveys, inspections and load testing of Lifting equipment and their accessories and the immediate reporting of defects or concerns

The Hydraulic Technician will inspect, repair, assemble and test hydraulic equipment as required in accordance with company procedures. They will be required to undertake a variety of tasks that involve the manufacture and maintenance of various hydraulic systems. The post holder will ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and within the allocated delivery schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
