The Personnel Coordinator will act as the primary focal point for the allocation of project crewing, offshore field personnel, clients and the Operations Team regarding mobilisations, de-mobilisations and crew changes. The Personnel Coordinator will effectively manage the Offshore Inspectors and Technicians on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Line Manager to Offshore Inspectors and Technicians
- Plan and forecast Offshore Field personnel for upcoming field operations in conjunction with

We are looking for two Spooling & Inspection Technicians to come and join the team in Sharjah, UAE. This role is advertised to be based onsite in Sharjah, but may also attract travel to other global locations, as required.

Reporting to the Spooling & Inspection Division Manager, for UAE, the Spooling & Inspection Technician will carry out visual, NDT & MRT inspections in accordance with relevant country and client specific standards as well as commission and operate spooling winches (and associated equipment) in a competent and professional manner, always communicating effectively with the client and Operations Department.
The Spooling & Inspection Technician will ensure equipment is operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

A vacancy has arisen for the position of a Welder Fabricator, reporting to the Fabrication Chargehand, at the Motive Base in Boyndie. The ideal candidate should be an experienced Welder Fabricator, with meticulous attention to detail.
Location: Boyndie, Aberdeenshire
Hours: Permanent - 40 hours per week
Potential candidates will be invited onsite to perform a weld test and should be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret an engineering drawing at the interview stage.
Responsibilities:
Reporting in to the Fabrication Chargehand, the Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for (not limited to):
- Setting up, layout, and tack up of various weldments within tolerances stated in production drawings
- Undertaking MIG and Flux core welding according to production drawing
- Undertaking Ad-hoc seafastening work onboard vessels
- Carrying out cosmetic finishes as required
- To work in accordance with instructions, approved codes of practice, and standards
- Safe operation of machinery, hand tools, lifting equipment and ensure job materials and equipment are correctly used

The Trainee Offshore Inspector will provide operational support to Motive Spooling and Inspection to ensure smooth transition and running of active jobs and verify that all tasks are completed as per the Work in Progress list, in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining spooling equipment
- Preparing wire rope samples for destruction testing
- Assisting with the necessary pre and post checks of equipment being mobilised / demobilised
- Providing general assistance within the workshop and yard areas
- Attending project briefings & de-briefings.
- Attending client inductions/HIRA’s as and when required.

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to come and join our fast paced Rentals Team. This role is advertised to be based onsite in Boyndie, Aberdeenshire.

Reporting to the Rentals Division Manager, the Operations Coordinator will provide clerical and administrative support to the Rentals Team to ensure a smooth transition and running of active projects.
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Training Administrator will provide focussed training administrative support to the HR Department, specifically with the transferring and correct recording of training in the HR system with the new training process.
