Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is important to us, not just because it is the right thing to do but because Motive cares about the people we work with, our stakeholders and the environment.

There are 7 main strands to our CSR activities, all of which contribute to the growth and transformation of our organisation:

Our People

We put people first - our people will always be our most valuable asset. Motive promotes a fair and inclusive culture, that respects the rights of everybody. We are a global team of highly skilled specialists, trusted to uphold the highest standards of integrity.

Our Communities

Motive is committed to contributing back to the communities in which we live and work. We are proactive in supporting local initiatives and regularly undertake fundraising and charitable work for good causes. Team Motive was formed by our employees as a way to come together to make a difference.

Our Environment

We work hard to reduce our environmental impact and promote resource efficiency, continually looking at ways to improve our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy.

Our Health and Safety Culture

Health and Safety are always at the forefront of our business. We have comprehensive policies and procedures in place to ensure we provide a safe and healthy working environment. We care about our impact and that's why everyone at Motive lives by the premise of "accountability in every action".

Our Stakeholders

Through being proactive, competitive and transparent, we are committed to building long-term, mutually profitable relationships based on integrity, trust, and respect.

Our Business Ethics

We regard the preservation of the highest ethical standards as an essential aspect of business. We compete fairly, and our people conduct themselves with honesty and respect.

Our Supply Chains

We make it a point to work with providers who share our values, operating on the principles of shared trust and communal responsibility. Our products are responsibly and ethically sourced, without compromising on quality.

Central to our corporate social responsibility, Motive is committed to investing in our communities around the globe, partnering with organisations that share our values, putting people first.

It is our privilege to play an active part in the communities in which we live and work.
