Motive Offshore (Colin & Team) have been critical in supporting Baker Hughes first two-part charter vessel shipments from Montrose Port to Alexandria, Egypt. Colin provides crucial pre-planning support alongside our marine surveyor in procuring the correct welding and lashing material for our subsea XT’s. The welding team on the day are professional and quick in completion of the required work scope to allow on-time departure of the vessel. Thanks for all your support so far and we look forward to working together on our remaining vessel requirements for the rest of the year.

Proper planning is key - I’ve been involved in many vessel mobilisations over the years and subsea tree loadout is one of the most challenging. Proper planning and execution from an experienced team is always key to avoid any oversights or costly overruns.
