Team Motive partners with Throughcare and Aftercare to serve up festive cheer
Team Motive is proud this festive season to support the essential work of Throughcare & Aftercare by funding a dedicated Christmas meal with raffles and gifts for the young people they support.
This festive gathering is much more than simply a dinner - it's an opportunity to create a sense of belonging, celebration, and community during a time when care-experienced young people may feel especially isolated as they continue their journey towards independence.
The dedication of the Throughcare & Aftercare team provides a vital lifeline to these young adults. Their person-centred approach offers consistent guidance and a year-round support network that is especially crucial during the often-challenging festive period.
This meal celebrates their unwavering dedication to ensuring no young person feels isolated during the holidays, honouring Scotland’s national commitment to #KeepThePromise to transform its care system for children and young people.
