Team Motive joins the 25th Annual Great British Beach Clean
Last weekend Team Motive got kitted out with gloves and grabbers to join the beach clean and survey taking place at nearby Greenbanks Bay, Banff.

The cleanup was arranged by the Banff & Buchan Ranger as part of the 25th Great British Beach Clean. This is an annual event run by the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) and is the biggest beach clean and survey that takes place in the UK.
Motive were keen to do our bit to help keep our coastline litter free and joined forces with other volunteers from the local area who turned out to support the initiative.
We collected and recorded a total of 143 items from a designated 100m survey area and then carried out a search and clean up of the remainder of the Bay - all followed by a well earned fly cup.
