Motive Offshore Group fuels growth strategy with multiple appointments across specialist Rentals Team

The past eight months have witnessed five new appointments across the Motive Rentals Team, helping continue to drive growth and revenue across the Group.
Reinforcing its position as a leading energy industry specialist, Motive Offshore Group today offers a wholly integrated end-to-end service offering covering equipment rental, design and fabrication, and certification and inspection services.
With ever-increasing deployments and equipment utilisation, 2022 has already been a ground-breaking year for Motive Rentals, its continued success supported by the appointment of 5 additional members.
All joining within the past eight months, together the team brings a combined industry experience of 100 years and has already made their mark, supporting new initiatives across the Rentals division and beyond, enabling delivery of an ‘always on’ 24/7/365 approach to client support.

Meet Motive Rentals
Richard Findlay joined the team as Rentals Equipment Coordinator, keeping the scheduling, planning, and forecasting of equipment on track for all upcoming operations.
Kevin Sharp, our Rentals Crewing Manager, has responsibility for project crewing, offshore field personnel, clients, and the operations team throughout mobilisation and crew changes.
Working closely with Kevin, Dawn Morrison is our Rentals Personnel Logistics Coordinator, ensuring our people are smoothly mobilised and demobilised worldwide.
Lisa Cowie, Rentals Document Controller, is responsible for managing all aspects of documentation produced within the Rentals Division, ensuring quality standards and procedures are met across all projects.
Kris Hartshorn joined the team as Rentals Project Engineer with responsibilities that include the planning, organisation, and delivery of projects, from concept through to final Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Led by an experienced and long-serving Rentals Management Team comprising David Leith (Rentals Division Manager), Bruce Stuart (Rental Fleet Manager), and Ross Whittingham (Rentals Division Managing Director), Motive is delighted to have such a high calibre Rentals team. This wealth of experience is key as we continue to fulfil our growth ambitions and deliver best-in-class levels of support for our clients across the globe.
