Reflecting on the significant expansion of its Middle East operations, Motive FZE has experienced impressive growth during 2025, driven in large part by the strong performance of its Rentals division. Expanding capabilities through new hires and promotions
With 20 new positions filled to date this year, Motive FZE has welcomed a wave of new talent and experience across key disciplines like Operations, Project Management, HSEQ, Sales, and Contracts Specialists.
In addition to external hires, and in keeping with its long-standing tradition of cultivating talent from within, the company is pleased to announce the promotion of two key individuals:

End-to-end solutions
The successful growth during 2025 reflects a surging demand for Motive's expertise in delivering full cycle solutions. In a marketplace characterised by a high degree of specialisation, Motive offers an all-encompassing, integrated solution, equipping clients with everything necessary to achieve project success.
By managing each critical stage, from equipment design to final installation, the result is a simplified supply chain delivering significant time and cost savings for clients.
The Middle East team has also been instrumental in expanding Motive Offshore Group’s Certification and Inspection division, helping clients meet stringent international standards while broadening the availability of specialist Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services across the region.
The strategic advantage of in-region assets
Motive has strategically expanded its specialisation across all business divisions to fulfil its end-to-end approach, while ongoing investment in capital expenditure (CAPEX) ensures equipment is readily available where needed, enabling the company to successfully fulfil larger and more complex contracts. This dual approach ensures key equipment is not only part of the company fleet, but is also immediately available within the region, offering a powerful competitive advantage.
A prime example of this commitment is the recent addition of a 50Te WLL 4-Track Tensioner, a key asset now located in the region and currently mobilised for a flexlay project.
In summary, whether in the Middle East, Americas, or APAC, Motive recognises the immense value of localisation - focusing on building a strong regional presence as a trusted partner with the local expertise, equipment, and personnel to deliver an exceptional service for clients in-region.
Appointed as MENA Country Manager for Motive in 2024, David Mitchell has been key in guiding the Middle East expansion strategy, with the company setting out to achieve a 30% growth in the region by year end:
