Meet two Key Appointments making their mark at Motive APAC in Singapore
While their official appointments were made earlier this year, Regional Manager Danny Innes and Project Manager Adrian Reeves have been shaping the regional future since joining the Motive APAC team in Singapore.

Today, we formally introduce and celebrate these two key appointments who are already living up to their titles by driving significant results.
Danny Innes, Making his mark on Motive’s newest facility launched at the Loyang Quayside in May 2025, APAC Regional Manager Danny Innes joined Motive APAC in June. Danny has been instrumental in strengthening our strategic presence across the Asia-Pacific region, establishing our new quayside facility in Loyang, growing the team and fostering key partnerships.
Danny has 20 years of industry experience, starting his career in the oil and gas industry at the age of just 16, working his way up from Commercial and Technical roles to Sales and Business Development. Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Danny has been living in Southeast Asia for 7 years and has a good understanding of how the countries operate across the board.
Danny looks forward to driving business growth, strengthening key client partnerships, and expanding our client portfolio.
Adrian Reeves Delivering outstanding results on projects across the business, Adrian Reeves expertly leads complex, challenging projects, ensuring delivery that reflects Motive’s commitment to quality and innovation.
With 20 years of experience across a range of industries, Adrian began his working life in the shipyard and building rigs. Born in Singapore, Adrian has travelled and worked all over the world, from Norway to China and Australia, and his knowledge of the APAC region will be hugely beneficial in leading projects across the business.
Motive’s facility in Singapore marks a significant step forward in the company’s growth strategy, introducing advanced cable handling and deployment solutions to the region. This expansion strengthens Motive’s ability to support clients operating in increasingly complex deep-water environments.
Located at the Loyang Offshore Supply Base, the hub will serve both existing and new clients across Singapore and the APAC region. As a key operational base, the facility offers Motive’s full range of services, catering to the growing needs of the offshore renewables and decommissioning sectors.
