Introducing our new 100Te Modular Spooling Winch design
The energy sector demands equipment that is not only high-performance and reliable , but also adaptable and easy to maintain. To meet this demand, Motive is continually innovating and expanding our fleet, ensuring we have the right equipment ready for every client challenge.
We’re proud to announce the latest addition to our Spooling Winch range: a purpose-built 100Te Spooler designed specifically to enhance operational efficiency and minimise downtime.

The Next Generation 100Te Spooler
Modular Design for Unrestricted Access with '2-in-1' Drive Cassette
What sets this new 100Te Spooler apart is its modular design, featuring a removable equipment housing cassette.
This innovative feature allows for removal of the cassette, enabling ease of access to the main Spooler components.
Additionally, switching between electric and diesel drive is a straightforward swap of drive unit cassettes, providing a '2 in 1' capability at a fraction of the cost of having two Spooling Winches.
Maintenance Convenience
Key to the design, the equipment housing cassette feature allows for safer and easier maintenance due to improved access for technicians. The entire cassette can quickly and easily be removed, providing unrestricted access to all critical components. This convenient accessibility helps maximise asset uptime, with less time spent on maintenance activities.
Built on our foundation of expertise in proven high-capacity lifting, pulling, and deployment equipment, this new-design spooler is engineered for consistent, high-performance operation in demanding environments.
This investment in continuous improvement reflects our ongoing commitment to providing assets that are inherently reliable and straightforward to use. We believe in engineering solutions that simplify operations, and our goal is to ensure clients always have the most reliable, efficient equipment necessary to successfully complete their projects.
