Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to support our busy Finance team. The role will involve assisting the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant with processing supplier invoices and payments; dealing with supplier communications; inputting employee timesheet data for payroll and job costing; reconciling supplier statements; help produce month-end accounts and other finance reports along with general administrative duties as when required.

Person Specification

The position would ideally suit a College leaver with an HNC/HND in Accounting or Business Administration, an individual with 2-3 years experience in a similar role or a very competent school leaver.
